In such cases, Kewpie Indonesia will thoroughly review the subcontractor's management capabilities and ensure personal data security controls by organizing and supervising the handling of personal data.
2.	Likewise, Kewpie Indonesia will also ensure security controls for personal data shared among Kewpie Indonesia group companies.
3.	Kewpie Indonesia will not disclose or transfer personal information to third parties other than authorized subcontractors without the individual's consent. However, when a court, police, or other government agency requests disclosure of personal data, Kewpie Indonesia may disclose or transfer personal information without the individual's consent, provided that it is permitted by applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
4.	Subject to possible restrictions under applicable Indonesian laws and regulations and notice to you (before and after any corporate action set forth herein), Kewpie Indonesia may disclose your personal data to any potential or actual acquirer, successor, or assignee as part of any restructuring, merger, sale, joint venture, transfer, or other assignment of all or any portion of our business, assets, or stock (including any bankruptcy or similar legal proceeding).
