Coleslaw Salad with Shrimp and Shirataki

Cabbage

Onion

Shrimp

Shirataki Noodle

Lemon Juice

Japanese Cucumber

How to Make

  1. Briefly boil (blanch) the cabbage and carrots in boiling water mixed with salt, then remove and drain. Once cooled, slice thinly and drain the excess water again.

  2. Thinly slice the onion, set aside. Slice the Japanese cucumber, clean the shrimp and boil until cooked, remove and drain. Then boil the shirataki until cooked.

  3. Prepare a container, put all the ingredients into the container. Add KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL and lemon juice, stir evenly. Serve.
