Mix 50 g of seasoning flour with 100 ml of ice water, dip the dory fillets, remove from heat. Put in to the dry seasoned flour, stir. Shake in the flour, fry in hot oil until browned, remove from heat.
Stir 25 g of seasoning flour with 50 ml of ice water, dip the sliced onions, remove from heat. Put in to the dry seasoned flour, stir, shake in the flour, fry in hot oil until browned, remove from heat.
Mix KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL, tobiko and chili sauce, stir well, set aside.
Bake the English muffin briefly on a non-stick flat pan, remove and set aside.
Arrange the vegetables, fried onions, and sliced omelette on top of the english muffin, add the fish, drizzle with mentai sauce, cover with the top of the english muffin, serve.
