Okonomiyaki Flour |

Prepare a container, add water and okonomiyaki flour, mix well.
Add the sliced cabbage, scallion and egg, mix well.
Heat a frying pan, apply a little bit oil, pour half of the mixture evenly until it has a thickness of approximately 2 cm, bake for 3 minutes.
Add beef slices, flip, cover the pan and let sit for 4 minutes on low heat. After that, flip the okonomiyaki and bake for another 3 minutes, remove from heat.
Sauce: mix together the tomato sauce, oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce in a bowl.
Prepare a plate, put the cooked okomiyaki, add the sauce and garnish with KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL on top. Add nori powder, ready to serve.
