Hamburg Meat: Heat a little bit of oil, saute onion until fragrant, remove. Put meat, breadcrumbs, egg, sauteed onion, salt and pepper into a container, mix until the meat is smooth. Form the meat into 2 balls, grill in the pan until cooked. Set aside.
Potato Salad: Mix the boiled potatoes with KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL. Stir well, set aside.
Sauce: Mix and stir well KEWPIE Salad Dressing Soy Sauce, tomato ketchup, beef broth, and granulated sugar. Heat butter in a pan, saute onion and garlic until fragrant, add flour and sauce mixture, cook until thickened.
Put the hamburg meat into the thickened sauce. Stir for a moment, remove from the heat.
Prepare a plate, serve the hamburg with potato salad and mix vegetables.
