KEWPIE Salad Dressing Caesar |

Mix the ground meat with 1 egg, 2 tbsp breadcrumbs, ground nutmeg, pepper, and salt. Take a small portion of the meat mixture, flatten it, place a boiled egg in the center, then wrap and shape the meat evenly to fully cover the egg. Coat with flour. Beat 1 egg, dip the meat into the beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs. Deep-fry in hot oil over medium heat until cooked through. Remove and drain.
Place baby cos lettuce in a bowl, add KEWPIE Salad Dressing Caesar, truffle powder, and truffle oil, then toss well.
Arrange the salad and the egg dish on a serving plate. Add garlic bread and sliced Parmesan cheese as toppings. Serve.
